Naga Bakugan

Naga bakugan is the second most powerful bakugan created in Old Vestroia. He is an evil bakugan, and considered to be in the rankings of a “White One”, meaning he has no power at all. However, after stealing the silent core, Naga became invincible, and plotted to take over the universe. There are three versions of Bakugan Naga, including original Naga, White Naga, and Silent Naga (named after the silent core). Bakugan Naga in ball form looks like a thinner, more ridged form of Dragonoid.

His wings are similar to Dragonoid, but they are longer. On the body, there are two claws that are similar to weapons. Naga is the only bakugan that fights without a brawler, even though Hal-G is technically his brawler. He comes in all attributes except for green Ventus, he is also available in dual color (Haos and Subterra) and translucent (mainly in dark and brown). He has also been released as one of "The White Ones" as White Naga. The early version did not have high G's, like Haos only has 450G, but later released ones can have the G-power up to 1000 (my translucent brown subterra Naga has 820G), and there are now many custom G-power levels as well, but they are never sold in stores like Target, Walgreens, ToysRUs or Wal-mart, you can only find the custom G bakugan toy online at ebay.com.

Silent Naga

Silent Naga is currently the most powerful Naga bakugan, because he contains the silent core. In the show, Naga is 1000G’s, a very powerful G level. He has a deadly appearance and has veins running around his body. His wings are frilled and look a lot different from other bakugan. In his chest, there is a dark purple orb containing the silent core. Unfortunately, he was never released as a real bakugan. In ball form, Silent Naga has 2 separate wings on each side, the same veins that occur on him when he is in bakugan form, and a curved neck with two horns and feet. He is seen fighting with Infinity Dragonoid in episode 50-52. At one time, Naga seemed like he was going to win, but then the rest of the brawlers joined in, and defeated him. After his defeat, there was no other mention of him.

White Naga is an exact copy of Naga bakugan, but they are considered different because one is whiter than the other. White Naga has a pure white base color, and light blue for the details. He was never seen in the show, so he is not considered a major bakugan. Generally, White Naga has about 650G, because he only has one color available.

Do Not Confuse Naga Bakugan with Dragonoid

Naga is often confused to be a type of Dragonoid and has caused many debates over it. It used to be even widely called Ultimate Dragonoid or Ultra Dragonoid in the beginning of its release. Many people even confused him with Apollonir. It is actually quite easy to tell that it is Naga by it's automatically opened horn and it's split nose.

Regardless of what you call the powerful Naga bakugan, even with the fact that he is an old, retired bakugan, it is still quite popular these days, may remain this super status for years to come. It is not sold cheap, especially the white ones. It often has a price tag of around $40. As the Christmas is coming around the corner, getting your son or daughter a Naga bakugan, or I'd suggest White Naga, is guaranteed one the the best gift ideas. Your kids surely would be pleasantly surprised.
